What IS SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS?
The SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS program is designed to reward you with special offers for shopping at Kmart, Sears, Lands’ End, Sears Auto Centers and more. Plus earn with hundreds of Rewards Partners. You will receive custom offers and exclusive deals based on the purchases you make. You may get offers sent via email, text message, postal mail, and online.

- Earn 10 Points for every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases
- Earn and redeem Points at Kmart, Sears, Lands’ End, Sears Auto Centers, and mygofer

- Access a Member-only website to review purchases online, get credit for past purchases, and manage your account online

How do I enroll in SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS online?
- Click “Join Now ”
- You will be asked if you would like to link your SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS account to your Sears.com, Kmart.com, mygofer.com, or Landsend.com accounts.
- If you answer “yes,” you can log in to your shopyourway.com account using the same email and password.
- If you answer “no,” please provide an email address and password to be used when logging in to your account.
- Your first and last name, ZIP code, and email address are requirements for enrollment. An email address allows us to communicate special offers to our Members.
Can I share my Membership with a family member or friend? What if I have more than one account?
SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS is so easy to enroll in that we suggest that everyone becomes a Member so that each person can get the full account benefits. SYW want to be able to share the most important offers to each person based on their interests.
If you have more than one account and you wish to combine your points into one account, please call the Member Care Center at 800.991.8708 or email us at info@shopyourwayrewards.com. This is the only location with the ability to merge accounts.
When you receive a member number for your combined account, go to your account Settings and click on Edit next to SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS. Type in your new member number.

- To retrieve your PIN and Member Number, click on your name at the upper right corner of the page and then click on “Membership number & PIN ” .
- If you have a mobile number attached to your ShopYourWay account, all you need to do is text PIN to 73277.
- If you are not logged in, you may also use the Forgot Member Number or PIN link found on the member site: http://www.shopyourway.com
- If you are unable to view your points and membership information, you probably need to activate your account. In order to do so, click on your username at the upper right-hand corner of the page,then click on Join or Activate. In the pop-up window, please enter your Member Number.
How can I edit my profile information?
At Home
- You may change your personal information such as your Name,Email address, Phone number ,Home address,etc. by clicking on your name (or profile picture on the top right) and then click on “My Profile”.
In Store
- You can edit your profile at any register; just make sure you know your PIN!
Over the Phone
- To edit account information, call the Member Care Center at 1.800.991.8708.
Subscribing and Unsubscribing from Emails
There are three different mailing lists. To get the best offers, opt in to all emails.
To manage subscription to all Shop Your Way Rewards and Craftsman communications click HERE (offers, promotions and statements)
To manage subscription to all Sears.com communications click HERE (offers, promotions and statements)
To manage subscription to Shopyourway.com website emails, log in and access your Email Notifications settings by clicking HERE
Please note that on the bottom of every promotional email you may find an “UNSUBSCRIBE” button
How do I change my email address?
To update your Email address, select your username located on the top right of the page and click on “My Profile”.
For any additional information not listed on the Personal Info & Account pages, please email SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS membership service at info@shopyourway.com .
I forgot the email address I used when I signed up. What should I do?
If you can’t recall which email you used to sign up, please contact SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS at 1.800.991.8708, Monday – Sunday, 8 am – 11 pm, Central Standard Time, or via info@shopyourwayrewards.com.
I forgot my password to access the SHOP YOUR WAY REWARDS website. What should I do?
Go to the sign in page and click the “Forgot Password?” link. A window will appear asking you to enter the email address you used to set up your account. Enter it, then click “Continue.”
You will be sent an email to this address and provide you with the steps needed to create a new password.
