The $5 should be automatic with the link? It isn’t showing? And are you a new user?

It won’t stack with promo code. It says not combinable. When you add a gift card to cart it says it cannot continue. When you remove either the $5 referral credit or the promo code you can continue so it is one or the other. not both. Just fyi. Post a screenshot if you figure out how to stack the two.
