The company was founded in 2009 with the simple mission to bring farm fresh meats direct to consumers at wholesale prices. On the day that your local Zaycon Fresh has their pick-up event simply show up during the appointed time and follow the easy to find signs. Stay in your vehicle and in just a few minutes the friendly staff will confirm your order and load it for you, anywhere you choose! For this event I ordered 93/7 ground beef. 80 pounds worth! I share with my parents and my brother so we use it all by the time the next event rolls around. The meat is packaged in 10 pound tubes which are conveniently sized to be sliced into burgers, or do what I do and take the time to weigh and press into burgers. This way not matter what I am making I can grab them and defrost them fast, and I know that each one is 1/4 pound. I also package some 1 pound packs. I have to say, though, that packaging 80 pounds of ground beef is a daunting task so someone to help is definitely advised.

The ground beef is high quality and fresh, and 100% USA! Though it is low in fat it is nice and juicy when cooked and beats the pants off ANY beef I have ever bought from any store or butcher, hands down.
