What is the GFAF Expo you ask?  Its the Gluten and Allergen Free Expo!

The timing of this event is perfect.  I am Princes T and I am Gluten Sensitive and I’m trying to find my way around this whole new world.  This isn’t a shock to me, my Dad lives with Celiac Disease and I’ve felt symptoms for a while now I was just in denial.  About 10 years ago when I started buying Gluten Free products, and they tasted not so good and were not only hard to find but super expensive.  But now its a whole different story!  Despite my best intentions, though, there are days when I’m not so careful and boy does my body pay the consequences.  I’ve been feeling really sick for a little over 24 hours because of poor planning on my part this week .  Which is why I’m thrilled to have been invited to attend the GFAF Expo this weekend!

I’m looking forward to attend the classes this weekend where they are going to cover topics like  ‘First timer mistakes and how to avoid them, and ‘Tips for Baking Gluten Free’ among many others.    This Expo is being sponsored by trailblazers in the GF and AF industry and I’m happy to see local sponsors too so I’ll get to connect with the local GF business in Phoenix!  But this isn’t the only stop it’s making!  They will be traveling to more cities so if you are not in Phoenix make sure to visit their website to see where its headed next!

If you are in Phoenix we have 5 tickets to giveaway so you can attend the GFAF Expo too!  If you win we will add your name to a list at the entrance so you can pick up your ticket!  If you do not want to wait for the giveaway you can buy your tickets to GFAFExpo and take advantage of an awesome discount for our readers!  Use the code BLOGPHX to score 35% off!
