Chocolate Chocolate Chunk with Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour

3/4 cup baking cocoa — make sure to sift it!

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup butter or margarine, softened

2/3 cup sugar

2/3 cup packed brown sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks and 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix flour, cocoa (sift it), baking soda and salt in a bowl. Beat the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture, scraping down sides a few times. Stir in chunks and chips. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
3. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or till the cookies are puffed and the centers are set but still soft. Cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then move to wire racks to cool completely.
4. Dust with powdered sugar when completely cool if desired. Store in Tupperware for 7 days.
