If you are low income, you could qualify for free pet food through Pet Food Stamps

In these tough economic times, many families are finding it hard to feed their treasured pets.  This even forces many to surrender their pets to shelters.  That is heartbreaking to think about.  A wonderful (non-government funded!) group based in New York called Pet Food Stamps seeks to help low-income families feed their pets.  You must qualify, but if you do, you will receive all the food necessary to take proper care of your pets for 6-months. ► Apply for Pet Food Stamps, and if you want to help this not-for-profit with needed funds to keep this program going, you can donate to Pet Food Stamps
