Hash Brown Casserole:

Preheat oven to 375°

Browned beef with 1/2 cup onion

Spread in bottom of 9×13 casserole

I mixed together: 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder,  1/4 tsp white pepper, 1/2 can green chiles, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes and spread it over the meat

I topped it with tater tots

Baked for 45 minutes, topped with Kraft Italian cheese another 5 minutes.


Served with green salad with red grapes, craisins, toasted almonds, parmesan cheese, and poppy seed dressing.




YUMMY!!!!
