Couponista Queen’s Super Easy 10-Minute Fudge
Use a large double boiler (Make one by using two pots). Make sure the water comes up 2 inches on the inner cooking pot. Bring water to a simmer. Melt 1-1/2 sticks margarine. Add 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Add 1/2 tsp salt and heat well.
Sift in 2 pounds powdered sugar and 1 cup cocoa.
Stir until smooth, about 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir well. Optional: Add 1/2-1 cup coarsely chopped nuts.
Remove from heat and immediately pour into a Pam sprayed pan (9×13) add sprinkles on top if desired and allow to set up undisturbed for a few hours before cutting into 1″ pieces.
Store in tupperware. You can pour the fudge into containers of your choice, just make sure they won’t melt.
